Seven Virtual Sessions

Following unprecedented changes in businesses with the onset of the pandemic, new opportunities and risks have come about for private equity and venture capital investments. In addition, the global adjustments and realignment of business relations caused by the Ukraine-Russia war and resulting economic sanctions and trade restrictions are rapidly changing the economic climate for companies conducting business across the globe.

In the midst of this upheaval, India continues to rise as a key market for private equity and venture capital investments. Nishith Desai Associates are organizing a seven-session virtual event focused on strategic, legal, tax and ESG issues for the Private Equity and Venture Capital investments in India.

Every week starting from 19th April 2022, there will be two sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each session starts at 5:30 p.m. IST / 8:00 p.m. SGT-HKT / 2:00 p.m. CET / 8:00 a.m. EST, the best possible time to accommodate attendees from India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe and the East Coast of the US.
